Dan Ng has over 18 years of experience in Greenfield Investment, M & A and Start-Ups across China. He is specializing in managing small to mid-cap start-ups with focus on commercial due diligence, business  analysis, corporate risk management and governance. 

He had also provided M&A and due diligence consultation services to global companies such as Dover Corporation (NYSE:DOV), Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN), and Samsung Engineering Co. Ltd (028050:KS.)
